- CLEMS reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.

A. Monthly Cashback Program
- Every verified member is eligible for a fixed monthly cashback based on their registered plan.
- Cashback amounts are predetermined according to membership type.
- Cashback is available only to active, compliant, and verified users.
B. Partner Shop Benefits
CLEMS collaborates with approximately:
- 50 Electronic Shops
- 50 Mobile Phone Shops
- 50 Jewellery Shops
Customers receive:

- Exclusive offers
- Priority services
based on their membership status.
C. Weekly Vegetables & Fruits Delivery
- CLEMS provides twice-weekly delivery of fresh vegetables and fruits.
- Delivery is limited to designated city areas.
- Product availability may vary based on location and season.
4. Membership & Subscription Plans
- Benefits depend on the specific CLEMS membership plan chosen by the customer.
- Once activated, membership fees are non-refundable.
- Plans may be upgraded but cannot be downgraded.
- CLEMS may revise plan benefits or policies without prior notice.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments must be made through CLEMS-approved payment gateways or authorized partner shops.
- CLEMS is not liable for issues arising from incorrect transactions.
- Refunds are issued only in cases of:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical transaction failure
Membership fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable.
6. Cashback Terms
- Cashback is credited on a fixed monthly date.
- Cashback cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or encashed; it can only be used for:
- CLEMS services
- Vegetables and fruits delivery
- Purchases at CLEMS partner shops
- Cashback may be withheld in case of policy violations.
7. Product & Delivery Policy
- Weekly deliveries depend on stock availability and city coverage.
- CLEMS ensures quality standards for perishable goods.
- If an item is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar product of equal value.
8. Partner Shop Responsibility
Partner shops are independently responsible for:
- Product quality
- Warranty services
- Repair or replacement claims
CLEMS is not accountable for:
- Product defects
- Warranty issues
- Service delays from partner shops
All electronics, mobile phones, and jewellery purchases follow respective brand warranties.
9. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Avoid fraudulent or suspicious activities
- Use the platform responsibly
- Not misuse services, benefits, or systems
- Not engage in illegal financial transactions
Violation may result in service denial.
10. Data Privacy & Security
- CLEMS protects all customer data using secure systems.
- Personal data is never sold to third parties.
- Some customer data may be shared with partner shops solely for service fulfilment.
- CLEMS follows standard data protection practices.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
CLEMS may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Incorrect or fake details are used
- Terms & Conditions are violated
- Payment irregularities occur
All decisions made by CLEMS in such cases are final.
12. Limitation of Liability
CLEMS is not liable for:
- Quality issues with partner-shop products
- Delivery delays
- Platform or app downtime
- Network failures
- Force majeure circumstances
Services are provided “as available” without guarantee of uninterrupted access.
13. Changes to Terms
CLEMS reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website/app and will take effect immediately upon publication.
